Our clients, a young couple deeply connected to nature, wanted their ensuite to reflect the warmth and earthiness of the natural world. With a stunning view from their master bedroom’s balcony, overlooking a lush, leafy yard, the goal was to bring the beauty of the outdoors into their living space.
To achieve this, we curated a warm, earthy palette that seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings. We started with warm travertine-look porcelain tiles, their creamy veins reminiscent of tree bark, adding a sense of movement and texture to both the floor and walls. To complement this, we introduced a botanical leaf print, reinforcing the connection to the outdoors.
The couple loved copper tones and organic finishes, making Meir’s Luster Bronze the perfect choice for the fixtures. Its rich yet subtle colouring added depth without overpowering the space. For the vanity, we chose Florentine Walnut Oak, which beautifully enhanced the greens from the surrounding yard, creating a harmonious balance between the interior and exterior.
While the layout remained the same, we updated the dated corner vanity with a more modern and sleek design. Though petite, we maximized storage by incorporating a shaving cabinet, perfect for everyday essentials. To add warmth and ambiance, we installed an LED strip under the vanity, casting a soft, welcoming glow throughout the room.
The final result is an earthy, tranquil ensuite that blends nature-inspired elements with functional, modern design. By bringing the outside in, we’ve created a warm and inviting retreat that feels connected to the lush landscape beyond.
