  • Yes, our experienced builder Steve and Interior Designer Aaron will be with you to ensure you are fully informed and consulted throughout your renovation journey.

  • This depends on the extent of the renovation. Once we have analysed your project our detailed estimate will give you definite start and end date so you know exactly how long it will take. Standard bathroom construction should take up to 3 - 4 weeks. We do advise to allow contingence for this that we ‘we can’t see.’

    Figures incorporate fixtures and fittings, permits, warranties, insurances, building works and GST. These prices are of course an estimation, and we recommend an in-home consultation with a member of our design team to confirm these figures.

  • Yes. During the renovation process, your bathroom will be temporarily out of action. No worries though - if you only have one bathroom, we've got you covered with a temporary shower and toilet. And if you have more than one bathroom, we'll renovate them one at a time to save you from offsite accommodations.

  • Absolutely, all the necessary trades required for your renovation are organised by us, in fact, most work for us exclusively. So you only have to deal with builder Steve, Interior Designer Aaron and our trades people.

  • No. To maintain/manage our warranties, lead times, delivery control, quality of workmanship, documentation, after care, we keep this inhouse to keep it under control.

  • All of our work is securely backed by a full 10 year waterproofing guarantee, with 10 years structural and 2 year minor guarantees.

    We have an efficient after sales team and maintenance team who handle any of your queries quickly. One phone call to Steve or Aaron and any maintenance requirements are underway.

    Under our obligations and the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995. We provide you with domestic builders insurance for all works over $16,000 dollars – All so known as Builders Warranty Insurance.
